Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between Hazri Technologies (“Hazri”, “we”) and the company that registers an account (“you”, the “Customer”). By creating an account and ticking “I agree” at signup, the person registering confirms they are authorised to bind the Customer. Employees invited by the Customer use Hazri under the Customer’s instructions.
2. The service
Hazri is a software-as-a-service platform for geofenced attendance, leave management and payroll computation for teams in India. We host, maintain and update the software; you administer your company’s policies, employees and data within it.
3. Trial, subscription and payment
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No payment details are needed to start.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed per active employee per month on the plan you choose.
- Plan limits (maximum employees) are enforced by the software. Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect from the next billing period.
- If payment lapses, your account becomes read-only — attendance history, payslips and data remain accessible and exportable, but new operations pause until payment resumes. We do not delete data for non-payment.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate company, employee and salary information — payroll output is only as correct as the policies and data you configure.
- Obtain any consents your employees' data requires (including WhatsApp opt-ins) and use attendance features lawfully.
- Keep credentials confidential. Actions taken through your accounts are attributed to you; admins can reset employee passwords and unlock accounts from the panel.
- Not misuse the service: no unauthorised access attempts, no reselling, no use that violates applicable law.
5. Payroll disclaimer
Hazri computes salaries, PF, ESI and professional tax from the rules you configure. Statutory rates and slabs change; while we keep defaults current, you remain responsible for verifying statutory compliance — including filings and deposits — with your chartered accountant or compliance advisor. Hazri is a computation tool, not a substitute for professional advice.
6. Your data
Your company’s data is yours. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell it, and you can export it at any time. On account closure we delete it per the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and support
We target high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service; maintenance windows and factors outside our control (including your connectivity and device GPS accuracy) can affect access. The offline punch queue exists precisely so short outages don’t cost anyone their attendance. Support is provided per your plan via support@hazri.app.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, or for statutory penalties arising from data or configuration you control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Termination
- You may cancel at any time from the admin panel or by writing to support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, after notice where practicable.
- On termination, data export remains available for 30 days, after which deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms with 30 days’ email notice to admins; the version you accepted is recorded with your signup.
