Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Hazri account starts with a 14-day free trial with full functionality and no payment details required — the trial is our primary “refund” mechanism: evaluate everything before any money changes hands.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period, no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; the service remains fully usable until then.
• After cancellation your data remains exportable for 30 days, then is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

• Monthly subscriptions: fees for a started billing month are not refundable, since billing is per active employee for that month.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: written off in full — refunds are initiated within 7 business days of confirmation and reach your original payment method per your bank's timelines (typically 5–10 business days).
• Extended outages: if the service is materially unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to causes within our control, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected days.

Email support@hazri.app from your registered admin address with your Company ID and the payment reference. We acknowledge within 72 hours.
